The power of LED line lamp is relatively large from 6W to 96w. In fact, the domestic brands generally use 6W 12W 18W 24W 36W power in large but relatively small. The power division of foreign products is still different from that of domestic ones.

1、 LED line lamp in the removal of their own product technology deficiencies, the easy problem is to install the distance with the object under the light (face) too close. It is easy to cause spot gathering and uneven transition. If the lens is well designed, there will be no such problem.

2、 The installation of LED line lamp should be combined with different indoor and outdoor environment, and installed correctly according to the actual use, so as to ensure good lighting effect and prolong service life.

But sometimes, LED line lamp has been used for a long time, and there will be more and more dark or not on, so what are the reasons why LED line lamp is not on?

1、 The packaging protection of LED line lamp is not perfect, which causes the internal light bead to be damaged due to impact during transportation. Or, the welding point of LED line lamp has false welding phenomenon, vibration during transportation causes the welding point to fall off and lead to the light strip not on.

2、 The bending angle of LED line lamp is too large when it is installed, which causes the solder joint of LED flexible light strip to be separated from copper foil, which leads to the non illumination. If the product is excessively extruded during installation, the LED line light strip chip is damaged or the solder joint is deformed and off without lighting. Therefore, special warning users should not twist during installation to avoid the solder joints falling off and causing the light.
