What Material Chosen for Light Box Fabric

The canvas of advertising light box is a material for spray painting. It is mainly composed of two layers of PVC board and one layer of high-strength mesh light guide fiber. Light box fabric is a kind of cloth with a wide range of uses. Its manufacturing methods include knife scraping coating method, calendering method, pasting method and so on. It has the characteristics of uniform light transmission and good flexibility. So how do we choose the canvas of the advertising light box?

1. According to the light transmittance and position of the light source, the light box fabric is divided into rear lighting, front lighting and grid textile. The latter kind of light box fabric is used to manufacture the rear light source light box, and its transmittance is generally between 25% and 35%. It is mostly used to make fabric light box, store door light box and indoor publicity light box. Generally, the area is small, no more than 100 square meters.

2. The mesh fabric is made according to typhoon climate areas such as Taiwan and Fujian. Because there are many mesh holes on the surface of this material, it can greatly reduce the typhoon pressure on the light box and make the picture achieve a long use effect outdoors. Because of this feature, grid textile is mainly used to make super large signboard advertisements and architectural advertisements.

In addition to making billboards, light box fabric can also be used for decoration and lighting in many occasions and fields such as home decoration, libraries, gymnasiums, cafes, museums and so on.
