Construction inspection of LED intelligent light system


1) The specification requirements for equipment connecting lines shall meet the different specifications and performances of main power line, load line, control line, etc. Such as current, power and voltage, whether sheath, flame retardant and other special requirements are required.


2) In the construction process, the same wire shall not have a joint. The connection of damaged joints must be firmly contacted and tinned to prevent poor contact, ignition and oxidation from increasing the contact resistance.


3) The load characteristics of lamps shall correspond to the control module, such as dimming, non dimming and other characteristics.


4) Under the condition of load dimming in the same circuit, the load characteristics shall be consistent. Lamps with different characteristics shall not be connected to the same circuit.


5) Any lamp load must be tested to be intact before it is allowed to be connected to the module, whether it is relay or dimmer. It is not allowed to test the load circuit on the module. The test of load circuit must be completed before the installation of LED intelligent dimming system and the connection of lamps. It is recommended to equip a temporary switch to test the load of lamps.


6) The short circuit of the load will produce instantaneous high current impact, which will certainly reduce the service life of the contact for the relay and damage the dimming power device for the dimmer. Therefore, for the dimmer, it is also required to install a circuit breaker or fuse at the output end of the dimmer circuit for protection to reduce the possibility of damage to the dimming power device.


7) The unfinished circuit shall not be connected to the control module, especially the dimmer. Because when re installing lamps, it is likely to cause equipment damage due to various reasons, especially the short circuit caused by lamps.


8) During actual construction, due to various reasons such as line loss, loss of various lamp transformers, change of actual lamp power, etc., the actual power of load will be different from the design power, and some will even vary greatly, resulting in overload. Therefore, in the actual construction, the designed power should not be taken as the standard, but the actual current value of the circuit should be measured while detecting the circuit. The actual value should be taken as the power of the load carried by the controller, and the load power value can not be simply calculated as a percentage. Overload shall not be solved by limiting the output level of dimmer circuit.
