24V Modular LED Strip with New Lens

This modular LED strip is DC 24V super bright side lit led strip module with 2mm rigid aluminum profile and new narrow beam lens. Superior edge LED backlight design with perfect combination of CREE LED and our unique Lens, makes this edge lit LED lights realize super long distance uniform lighting spread up to 2.5m. It is great for SEG frame backlit and project source LED edge lit for retrofit of advertising billbaord. Recommended lightbox depth 8-20CM for double sided SEG frame systems and 6-12CM for single sided fabric displays.

2. Private mold new lens with perfect secondary optics, narrow beam 10 *25 double angle design. The lens is made of optical grade PC material with a light transmittance of more than 93%. At the same time, the flame retardant level of the lens is higher than that of the conventional PMMA material

3. Edgelight LED light bar with new lens, unique secondary optics, realizing super long distance lighting, light distribution is more uniform and brighter

4. Constant current constant voltage design, long service life and low failure rate

Q1: What are your size options?

A1: Our standard sizes 250mm, 280mm, 300mm, 360mm, 440mm, 470mm, 500mm. Custom sizes are welcome and we can provide samples for your testing.

Q2: Which port do you ship from?

A2: We mainly ship from Shanghai, and we have factory in Ningbo also. The goods can be shipped from other port of China.

Q3: Can you print logo on these edge lights?

A3: Yes, we can print your LOGO on PCB of the edge lights.

A4: There are main 5 advantages as below:

1. This perfect combination of 3535 LED with new lens can distribute light up to 2.5m, with very close brightness from center to end.
   

2. With 20% lower power but get brighter lighting in center than similar products from others, that is the feature of even lighting makes it work.

3. Without yellow spots or shadow, it is more suitable for thinner SEG frames compared to normal edge led strips.

4. It works well for any sizes of fabric/textile/canvas light boxes.

5. Using this edgelit LED bar instead of back lights, it reduces failures and brings more conveniences for installation, shipping, and store.
