Therefore, this is why LED flat panel lamps need to be equipped with high-quality and high-efficiency driving power supply! 2. Lighting cooling conditions -- materials and structure: LED lighting cooling is also very important. If the lighting with the same power factor and the same quality of lamp beads are not well cooled, the lamp beads will work at high temperature, the light decay will be great, and the lamp life will be reduced. The main heat dissipation materials used are copper, aluminum and PC. The heat conduction of copper is better than that of aluminum, and the heat conduction of aluminum is better than that of PC. now, the most commonly used heat sink material is aluminum, the best one is insert aluminum, the second is car aluminum (aluminum profile, extrusion aluminum), the worst one is cast aluminum, and insert aluminum has the best heat dissipation effect!

3. The lamp quality: Lamp quality depends on chip quality and packaging technology.

The quality of the chip determines the brightness and decay of the lamp bead. A good lamp has not only a high luminous flux, but also a low luminous decay.

4. The driving power used in lighting, the service life of the power supply is much shorter than that of other parts of the lighting. The service life of the power supply affects the overall service life of the lighting. The theoretical service life of the lamp bead is 50,000-100,000 hours, while the service life of the power supply is 20,000-30,000 hours. The design and material selection of the power supply will determine the service life of the power supply. The appearance of aluminum alloy power drive is better than that of engineering plastics. 5. The light efficiency: The same power, the higher the light efficiency, the higher the brightness. If the same lighting brightness, the smaller the power consumption, the more energy saving.

6. The power efficiency. The higher the power efficiency is, the better it is. It shows that the smaller the power consumption is, the greater the output power is.
